1Teaching

• Be on time, prepared and focused on the learner's goals.
• Describe your qualifications, experience and rates honestly.
• Give honest feedback, and never complete assessed work for a student.

2Safety and boundaries

• Follow our Safeguarding & Child Protection policy and report concerns immediately.
• Teach only in the platform's classroom and keep messages on the platform.
• Never ask for or share personal contact details or social media with learners.
• Dress and behave as you would in a classroom; teach from a quiet, appropriate space.

3Privacy

• Keep learners' personal information confidential and use it only for their lessons.
• Do not record lessons yourself or share recordings.

4Payments

Take bookings and payment only through the platform. Arranging paid lessons outside it with students you met here is not allowed.

5If the code is broken

We may review lessons and recordings, suspend or remove a tutor, and report concerns to the authorities.
